摘要 The invention relates to construction industry, in particular, to reinforced-concrete frames of different purpose and number of storeys being constructed or reconstructed in different regions, including seismic, using production of industrialized house-building complexes. The technical result – safe of labour and material costs, providing full use of traditional cassette unit of vertical forming for production of prefabricated frames thus providing transfer to mass construction of multistorey apartment and social-purpose buildings of open architecture-construction system with up-to-date consumption properties. Building frame is constructed of columns 1, prefabricated flat plates 2 of a traditional cassette production. The reinforced concrete plates 2 in each cell of frame flouring disk are connected in pairs into an integral plate by a rigid grouting joint 5 in which projections 6 from reinforcement 7 made on one side of each plate are arranged overlapped. In frame collar beams 3,4 are made from monolithic reinforced concrete. Prefabricated plates 2 connected in one plate rest upon lower shelves of collar beam 3,4 over the perimeter of each cell with tight adjoin of side edges by upper shelves. Plates 2 are connected by rigid ties to monolithic collar beams atop the perimeter of each cell. Wherein, the rigid ties of plates formed by prefabricated plates 2 with monolithic collar beams atop the perimeter of each cell can be made in the form of discrete welding connections of reinforcing bars or steel cover plates fixed to embedded parts of prefabricated plates and monolithic collar beams. The collar beams 3 and 4 are rigidly connected therebetween and with grouting joints 5 and made as an integral piece. The monolithic collar beams 3 and 4 are rigidly connected in cell's corners over the whole length and width of the building into a flat multispan frame arranged in the plane of each flooring. Above prefabricated plates 2 in each frame cell there can be arranged a monolithic reinforced concrete plate 13 made conjointly with collar beams 3, 4 and grouting joints 5 and provided atop with reinforcement in the form of reinforcement mesh anchored into collar beams at ends and rigidly connecting atop prefabricated plates 2 with monolithic collar beams 3 and 4. Upper surface of prefabricated plates 2 perpendicular to grouting joint 5 can be provided with alternating combs and grooves, and the upper monolithic plate is provided with combs arranged in grooves of the prefabricated plate 2. Monolithic plate 13 in each cell can be made thickened relative to lower prefabricated plate 2 and provided along grouting joint 5 with nonremovable blockouts, forming internal cavities 17 in monolithic plate 13. Collar beams 3 can be made two-layered along the ends of prefabricated plates 2, including from bottom prefabricated linear elements connected to the upper monolithic layer by projections upwards of reinforcement frame 21 of collar beam 3.
