The device has a head (12) with a main supply pipe (18) placed near a surface on which fixed flow fluid outlets are connected, where each outlet has two nozzles. The pipe (18) extends along a height of the head with a connection unit in its lower part. The head has secondary pipes (20) for connecting each outlet to the pipe (18). A valve (22), allowing a passage of a fluid, is interposed between each outlet and the pipe (18).
