<p>The device has a silo (1) whose conical base is divided into four. Water under pressure arrives in funnels, passes into pipes (2), and makes turbines to rotate before being pushed towards top for finishing its progression. Air driven at the beginning of mounting of the pipes is supplied by the base of the silo. Solar panels placed near the silo are used to operate an air compressor using energy provided by a generator of the silo.</p>
