<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making recycled foams, which uses recycled EVA and PE as a starting material to produce recycled foams having improved life and recovery ratio and useful in various mats, construction materials, etc. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: a step(S1) for cutting and crushing waste EVA and PE scraps by a cutter equipped with a rotative blade into a certain size, so that the specific elasticity and restorability of foamed products is maintained; a step(S2) for heating the crushed EVA and PE at a temperature of 160-220 deg.C by a heating tank, so that the adhesion of the crushed materials is reinforced and molding of the crushed particles is facilitated; a step(S3) for press-molding the heated EVA and PE in a molding press at a temperature of 150-170 deg.C to obtain recycled foams; and a step(S4) for slicing the press-molded block foams into an adequate size.</p> |
