Implantable product (I) for osseous reconstruction, having a biomaterial surface and treated to favor an integration of (I) in the osseous site, comprises phosphorus dendrimers, exposing the peripheral sequences with anionic terminations, immobilized on the functionalized surface. An independent claim is also included for the preparation of (I) (for osseous reconstruction), comprising immobilization of phosphorus dendrimers exposing peripheral sequences with anionic terminations on an (I) surface (i.e. the surface to be functionalized). - ACTIVITY : Osteopathic. - MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
