The method involves pouring concrete in a mold before or after disposing a linking unit and a reception unit (13). The concrete is dried to define a skin (2) of an absorptive form wall and the units are disposed in another mold before or after pouring another concrete in the latter mold. A connection unit (7) with a portion (9) is placed at the unit (13) and the latter concrete is dried to define a skin (3) of the wall. An independent claim is also included for an absorptive form wall.
