The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a wand for a vacuum cleaner having a generally cylindrical central body section, an axially aligned front body section and an axially aligned rear body section; the front body section has a rear portion, an intermediate portion and a generally cylindrical front portion; there are beveled shoulders extending between the rear and intermediate portions and between the intermediate and front portions of the front body section; a cross-shaped member having rounded ends and a curvature which generally follows the curvature of the central body section extends along the top surface of the central body section adjacent the front end thereof and one portion of the cross-shaped member extends part way along the top surface of the rear portion of the front body section; the rear body section has a shortgenerally cylindrical portion which extends downwards and rearwards from the lower surface of the rear body section adjacent the rear end thereof; the short cylindrical portion has a pair of generally identical members with rounded ends and generally parallel sides which are situated on opposite sides of the short cylindrical portion adjacent the outer end thereof; a curved end member having generally parallel sides extends rearwards from the end of the rear body section and has a front portion which extends part way along the top surface of the rear body section, the front portion of the end member having a rounded end; the end member has an elongated open area therein which, in side view, extends downwards and rearwards and has rounded ends and generally parallel sides edges; an elongated area with generally parallel sides and rounded ends extends along the outer surface of the end member and has a series of aligned generally identical circular areas situated therein.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view from above, behind and from one side of the wand for vacuum cleaner;Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right side view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side view thereof;Fig. 5 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 6 is a rear view thereof; andFig. 7 is a front view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included. |
