The windmill has two rotors (3, 4) arranged in an upstream and downstream of a pivoting structure (1), respectively in one stage and rotors (5, 6) arranged in downstream and upstream of the structure, respectively in another stage, such that assembly of the rotors is balanced on a vertical pivoting axis (7). The assembly naturally orients opposite to the wind direction and can be disoriented automatically by aerodynamic units. An independent claim is also included for offshore or terrestrial windmill park comprising 6 to 60 quadritotor windmill.
