Goat serum and compositions thereof

Disclosed is the use of a serum composition obtained from a goat in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of motor neurone disease, chronic inflammatory condition of the nervous system or lymphoma. The composition may be obtained from the serum of a goat after challenge with human cell line membrane antigens, human white blood cells or HIV lysate, and may optionally contain anti-HLA antibody.
