<p>The device has a tubular body (1) with a valve (10) for avoiding penetration of insects and wastes inside the device, and a cap (2) for assembling the body on a neck of a bottle. The body has an inner opening closed by gravity using a movable ball (5) when the bottle is in a vertical position, where the ball liberates the opening in an inclined position of the bottle. A lock has a return spring (7) to lock the ball on the opening.</p>
