<p>The invention relates to a process and devices for producing lower olefins, applicable in the petrochemical industry. According to the invention, the process consists in preheating and evaporating the starting material, mixing it with steam as a diluent, heating the resulting mixture up to the pyrolysis temperature in a bladed rotary reactor, cooling the cracked gas and subsequently separating the same, wherein the heating of the mixture up to the pyrolysis temperature is performed by mixing the same with hot pyrolised gas circulating through a working cavity of the reactor for a negligible time in comparison with the duration of the pyrolysis reactions.</p> |
