PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compare and collate Web contents 33 inputted from the outside with relevant information 36 only for oneself on the same display screen 4a. SOLUTION: While the Web contents 33 are displayed in a display 4, a display position on the display screen, a storage position inside an internal storage part, and a title of the relevant information 36 stored in an internal storage part 10 and designated as information having relation to the Web contents, and link information of the Web contents are written in a relevant information memory 16 (24). While the Web contents are displayed, the title 35a stored in the relevant information memory is displayed as a relevant information menu 35 in the display (12). Then, according to a title designation operation by an operator 46, the relevant information for the title stored in the relevant information memory is read from the internal storage part to be superimposed onto the Web contents to be displayed in the designated display position.
