PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always perform flexible and minute information analysis by deciding language information with analysis information obtained by language calculation as a basic information unit. SOLUTION: This information provision system has: selectably disposed recognition information; the basic information unit including and storing the analysis information obtained by the calculation on the basis of the recognition information or information linking with the recognition information; and a decision means comparing the other language information on the basis of the basic information unit and deciding similarity thereof.
