STOCK SOLUTION CHARGING EQUIPMENT FOR CENTRIFUGAL CASTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fluctuations of charge times, charge angles, charge positions and the like of a stock solution to attain the stabilization of product quality and also to realize laborsaving, ensured safety of the work and improvement of the molding efficiency. SOLUTION: In the outside position opposite to a charge inlet 3 of a cylinder molding die 2 in a centrifugal casting machine 1 there are equipped: a base 4 which can be set fixedly; a frame 6 which can hold a metering bucket 5 in an upwardly opening state; a rodless cylinder 7 which reciprocates the frame 6 at a given stroke along the direction of the axial line of the molding die so that the metering bucket 5 may be inserted through the charge inlet 3 into a predetermined position in the cylinder molding die 2; a vessel reversion driving mechanism 8 which reverses the metering bucket 5 into a downward opening state at a predetermined position in the cylinder molding die 2; and a controlling device 9 which controls the operations of the rodless cylinder 7 and the vessel reversion driving mechanism 8.
