PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with a postcard which can save material/manufacturing costs, securely conceal information to be hidden and has excellent handleability. SOLUTION: This sheet with a postcard 10 is a sheet body with a postcard having both concealable surfaces, and has a sheet-like base material 11, a postcard part 13, an attached sheet 14, and an advertising/publicity sheet 15. The sheet-like base material 11 has a re-releasable paste 12 for re-release/reattachment applied to the face and address information for reply indicated in the back. The postcard part 13 is a combined form of a postcard and an application form connected separably to the sheet-like base material 11. The attached sheet 14 is a release paper attached to the sheet with the postcard 10, and bonded using the re-releasable paste 12, with the back treated for release 14a, and has descriptions relative to how to use the sheet 10. The advertising/publicity sheet 15 is gathered with the attached sheet 14 using a line paste 16 and has articles regarding advertising/publicity and delivery services of the sender side.
