PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the tool manufacturing cost and the tool management cost by making a flexible tool of shape steel flexibly cope with clamps for long and short shape steels of various kinds bent at an arbitrary curvature. SOLUTION: This flexible tool 1 includes: a flat rectangular base 2; two or more pairs of A block 3 and B block 4 erected at equal spaces on the base 2 and moved forward and backward; holders 5 fitted to the respective upper parts of the facing sides of the A blocks 3 and B blocks 4; and toggle clamps 6 connected to the lower parts of the opposite surfaces to the facing sides to fix the A blocks 3 and B blocks 4, wherein the shape steel S is held between the holders 5 and clamped. The holder 5 has a front face like a circular-arc, and is rotary moved around the front predetermined point, and each facing holder 5 is fixed in a position where the straight line passing the contact point coming into contact with the shape steel S is substantially vertical to the front face of each holder 5.
