<p>A tuning device of wireless communication type used for tuning the sound of a musical instrument. The tuning device comprises a sound collecting unit composed of an input section for receiving the input of the sound or vibration signal produced by a musical instrument and a wireless communication section for converting the sound signal acquired form the input section into a wireless signal and transmitting the wireless signal to the outside and a computation display unit composed of a receiving section for receiving the wireless signal transmitted from the sound collecting section and converting the wireless signal into a sound signal, a computing section for computing pitch information from the sound signal acquired from the receiving section, computing the quantity of difference between the pitch information and reference pitch information corresponding to a reference sound name, and converting the computation result into a control signal for display, and a display section for acquiring the control signal and displaying information concerning the quantity of difference computed by the computing section.</p> |
