BAG-MAKING AND PACKAGING SYSTEM

A bag-making and packaging system capable of smoothly carrying defective bags such abnormally long or abnormally lightweight bags as to a downstream side even if these defective bags are discharged from a bag-making and packaging machine. The bag-making and packaging system (1) comprises a chute conveyor (21) just below the bag (B) discharge position of a bag-making and packaging part (5) and two conveyor lines (normal product carrying conveyor (23a), abnormal product carrying conveyor (23b)) formed on the downstream side of the chute conveyor (21). In the two conveyor lines, the normal product carrying conveyor (23a) has an angular variation in the carrying direction larger than that of the abnormal product carrying conveyor (23b) as viewed from the direction of discharge of the bags from the bag-making and packaging part (5). The chute conveyor (21) comprises a sorting mechanism (conveyor (21a)) sorting the bags (B) into the normal product carrying conveyor (23a) and the abnormal product carrying conveyor (23b).
