ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD, ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, CLIENT TERMINAL, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a calendar screen provided by an application held in a client terminal and a registration screen for information on business activities managed by a CRM (customer relationship management) system, in a single screen, and enable an edit and display of information on business activities as linking the screens.

SOLUTION: A CRM server 2 sends activity data read from a DB server 3 to a client terminal 1 to instruct it to display them. Upon receiving the activity data from the CRM server 2, the client terminal 1 acquires screen data for a calendar screen. Screen data for an activity detail screen for displaying the activity data are generated, and then display data for displaying part of information on activity content in areas corresponding to dates/times indicated by the activity data are added to the screen data for a calendar screen to generate screen data for an activity calendar screen. The generated screen data are output on a single screen.
