摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a multivariate analyzing calibration curve which represents a sample spectrum, partially converted in order to enhance the accuracy of the calibration curve. <P>SOLUTION: The calibration curve forming method for forming the calibration curve, on the basis of a plurality of sample spectra measured by a near-infrared spectroscope includes a process of measuring the spectra of a plurality of samples, a process of analyzing the measured spectra, a process for subjecting the analyzed spectra to factor score analysis to plot then, a process of converting the sample spectrum from among a group among a plurality of the plotted sample spectra by a predetermined method so as to regard it as the same group on a score plot, a process for forming the calibration curve, on the basis of the unconverted sample spectrum belonging to the same group as the converted spectrum and a process of evaluating the prepared calibration curve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
