PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which can simplify a file management and can promptly and adequately output a necessary image.

SOLUTION: The image processing device is provided with an image divider 41 dividing an input image by an image attribute, a normalization portion 42 normalizing each division area image divided by the image divider 41, an encoder 43 compressing and encoding each division area image normalized by the normalizing portion 42, and an image holder 3 associating each division area image encoded to be held.
