PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic apparatus and an ultrasonographic apparatus, synthesizing images obtained by a plurality of diagnostic imaging devices to obtain an image useful for diagnosis. SOLUTION: The diagnostic apparatus includes a plurality of diagnostic imaging devices, wherein among the plurality of diagnostic imaging devices, a first diagnostic imaging device 13 and a second diagnostic imaging device include each a position detecting part 5 for detecting the position of each pickup image, and the first diagnostic imaging device includes a controller 9 for setting an image pickup region to obtain an image of the same region as that of the image obtained by the second diagnostic imaging device 13 on the basis of the image position detected by the position detecting part 5 of the second diagnostic imaging device 13 and an image synthesizing means for obtaining the image set by the controller 9 and synthesizing the same with the image obtained by the second diagnostic imaging device 13.
