PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that delay time until drive current to actually drive a load is outputted after operating a switch is different between the first time and the second time and afterward. SOLUTION: This constant current drive control circuit is constituted so that the load is always driven at stabilized drive timing by providing a capacitor for phase compensation with a bias circuit for discharge, operating the bias circuit for discharge after first drive of the load such as a shutter, discharging potential of the capacitor for phase compensation to the same potential before start of the first time and making a condition the same as that at the start of the first drive of the load also at the second drive of the load and afterward.
