PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with which levels of the voltages used in the circuits are reduced, the circuits are simplified and the size, power consumption and heat to be generated by the panel are reduced. SOLUTION: Low power consumption can be achieved by making shift registers 231 be the same power supply condition of input signals in a horizontal scanner 23. When the input signals are received, pulses are transferred by the shift registers while the voltage levels of the pulses are made equal to the voltage levels of the input signals. In spite of the low voltages used in the circuits, pulse resistance to noise can be achieved by making a channel length L of the transistors to be shorter than the blocks used in the power supply of V2 in a level shifter group 233 and a sampling switch group 234 so as to realize normal operations.
