PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machinery capable of being protected for a pump when used at a high altitude. SOLUTION: The construction machinery is provided with a hydraulic pump 1, an engine 1 to drive the hydraulic pump 1, and an actuator driven by the engine 1. The maximum rotational speed of the engine 2 is controlled to change corresponding to the altitude. The horsepower of the hydraulic pump is to control corresponding to the atmospheric pressure.
