PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new coloring composition capable of being used for imparting a keratin material with coloration to an extent of being visible, without requiring to lightly color a fiber, nor to decolor the fiber, on dark hair, while exhibiting good fastness to a shampoo. SOLUTION: This coloring composition contains at least one pigment and at least one cyanoacrylate monomer of formula (I) (R is an alkyl or an alkoxyalkyl) in a suitable coloring medium.
