PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for forming snow-sliding coating films capable of maintaining good snow-sliding performances for long periods, to provide a snow-sliding coating film, and to provide a snow-sliding member. SOLUTION: This coating composition for forming the snow-sliding coating films is characterized by comprising (A) photo-catalytic fine particles, (B) colloidal silica, and (C) a binder formed by the hydrolysis and condensation of a titanium alkoxide, wherein the contents of the components (A), (B) and (C) are 5 to 50 mass %, 25 to 75 mass % as a solid content, and 10 to 55 mass % as a solid content converted into TiO<SB>2</SB>, respectively, on the basis of the total solid content. The snow-sliding coating film formed from the coating composition, and the snow-sliding member having the coating film on an organic substrate through an intermediate film.
