PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid delivering head and a liquid delivering apparatus which can be applied to an inkjet printer, for example, by a thermal system, to be able to improve ink durability of a head chip in comparison with the conventional one. SOLUTION: A tightly adhesive layer 40 for increasing a tightly adhesive force between a first insulating film 8 and a second insulating film 11 is provided between the first and second insulating films 8 and 11 at sites where at least the end face of the first insulating film 8 and the end face of the second insulating film 11 are brought into contact with a liquid.
