PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical reaction device and a chemical reaction apparatus of simple structure capable of reciprocating liquid supply at a low cost without contamination nor the generation of bubbles. SOLUTION: A mechanism that supports the chemical reaction device 102 at a position other than the center of a rotatable disc 100, supplies the liquid by a centrifugal force by rotation, and reverses the direction of a passage independently of the base is installed.
