PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core spray multiply-perforated distribution pipe T box attachment assembly. SOLUTION: A pressure vessel includes a shroud, a plurality of multiply-perforated distribution pipe distribution header pipes and a downcomer. The multiply-perforated distribution pipe header pipes can include at least one multiply-perforated distribution pipe nozzle, and the multiply-perforated distribution pipe T box attachment assembly can include a downcomer coupling and a multiply-perforated distribution pipe T box clamp. The multiply-perforated distribution pipe T box clamp can include an anchor plate (42) having a draw bolt opening (69) for containing a draw bolt, a first clamp block (44) substantially aligned to one end of the anchor plate (42), and a second clamping block (46) substantially aligned to the other end of the anchor plate (42).
