The drive circuit (30) gives a driving signal to a control terminal of a first MOSFET (1), based on potentials of a first series circuit (11) and a second series circuit (12), and supplies a load (4) with power. At this time, when resistance values of the first resistance (13), second resistance (14), third resistance (15) and the fourth resistance (16) are suitably set, even when an abnormal signal or noise is generated due to a rapid potential increase, the potential status detecting circuit (29) detects the potential of each of the connecting points (17-20), surely generates output, and prevents malfunction of the drive circuit (30).
