<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically raise the footrest with the movements of a seat device inside a vehicle without any operations so that the footrest passes the step part by solving a problem that a conventional seat has a structure requiring a troublesome manual operation to raise or house the footrest to avoid an interference between the footrest and a step part of a door opening part in moving a seat device inside a vehicle in a welfare vehicle seat having the seat device used as both a wheelchair and a car interior seat. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle seat has the footrest 210 which is vertically movable by using a four-bar linkage 211 and a slope 251 provided over the step part from the interior side of the vehicle, and is constituted to move the footrest 210 along the slope 251 and to raise the footrest 210 by an operation to move the seat device S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
