<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized use of contents unfailingly, and enable a user to receive a desired content properly. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitter sends a receiver a content which should be copyrighted. The receiver sends a content confirmation request to the transmitter, in response to which, the transmitter collects seeds in process, and sends the receiver a seed list including all the collected seeds.
