<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sludge disposal equipment capable of balancing the reduction of excess sludge with the control of a mixed liquor suspended solid (MLSS) and an apparatus for controlling the operation of the sludge disposal equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Microorganism cells constituting the sludge are destructed by jetting the sludge pressurized by a uniaxial eccentric screw type pump 53 to the inside of a solubilizing tank 54 through a nozzle to cause cavitation. After that, the sludge is distributed in a distribution tank 55 and a part of the sludge is returned to a biological reaction tank and other sludge is joined to freshly introduced sludge in a joining tank 52 and pressurized again by the uniaxial eccentric screw type pump 53 to be solubilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
