PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact toilet air-conditioning device capable of efficiently conditioning air around the waist of a user's body seated on a toilet seat and relieving the unpleasantness of the user. SOLUTION: The toilet air-conditioning device comprises a blower fan 4 for blowing air, a duct 6 for guiding wind from the blower fan, a heater 5 disposed inside the duct for heating the air blown by the blower fan to make hot wind, a control part 11 for controlling the quantity of wind from the blower fan and the heating value of the heater, a body casing 2 for storing the blower fan, duct, heater and control part, the toilet seat 3 disposed in front of the body casing, and an outlet 8, which communicates with the duct and which is opened on one of both sides out of the center of the front side face of the body casing 2, for blowing hot wind or cool wind inward to the toilet seat 3.
