PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration control device capable of suppressing generation of abnormal noise while securing low dynamic spring characteristics at the time of input of vibration with relatively small amplitude and high damping characteristics at the time of input of vibration with relatively large amplitude. SOLUTION: At the time of input of vibration with relatively large amplitude, high damping characteristics can be obtained by regulating displacement of elastic diaphragms 15 by displacement regulating ribs 17b of a first sandwiching member 17. Since only the two displacement regulating ribs 17b are linearly extended and provided, opening areas of opening parts 17a are made sufficiently large and low dynamic spring characteristics can be more securely obtained. Since respective displacement regulating projections 51 of the elastic diaphragms 15 are arranged in positions corresponding to the respective displacement regulating ribs 17b, generation of abnormal noise can be securely suppressed.
