PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and thin antenna which excels in broadband characteristics. SOLUTION: In the antenna with a wave director in front of a radiator and a fall dead reflector at the back of the radiator, the reflector includes a front conductor at a front side positioned in parallel with an axial line in the longitudinal direction of the radiator at a certain space from the axial line; connecting portions continuously arranged from both ends of the front conductor to the back side; a back conductor at a back side formed to have a size smaller than that of the front conductor, and positioned behind the connecting portions and in parallel with the axial line in the longitudinal direction of the radiator; and continuously arranged parts for continuously arranging back ends of the connecting portions and front ends of the back conductor.
