PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display device and a method of manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence display device includes a plurality of pixel regions each formed on a substrate and formed of a light emission part having a first electrode, a second electrode and a light emission layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein at least a part or more of a non-image region between pixel regions has the following chemical formula Si(R<SB>1</SB>-R<SB>4</SB>) (R<SB>1</SB>is a C<SB>1-20</SB>alkyl group, at least one or more of R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>are hydrolysis nature functional groups, and the residue is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C<SB>1-10</SB>alkyl group or a C<SB>1-10</SB>alkoxy group individually) is an organic electroluminescence display device having a layer formed from a substance originating in an organosilane substance displayed.
