PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size ultrasonic probe efficiently connected to a signal processing means of an integrated circuit independently from the constitution of connecting pins of an ultrasonic transducer. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic probe is provided with a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 16 aligned into a matrix, a central section 31 formed with at least a plurality of through-holes 311 for electrically connected thereto by inserting a plurality of connecting leads 22 projectingly provided from each of the ultrasonic vibrators 16 for transmitting electric signals from the ultrasonic vibrators 16, corresponding to parts of the connecting leads 22; and a substrate 30 formed of end parts 32 bendable relatively to the central section 31 for connecting the connecting leads 22 via the through-holes 311 in the central section 31 to the integrated circuit 45 processing the electric signals.
