LIFT TYPE STORAGE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent an insanitary state of the inside of a storage space in a lift type storage apparatus caused by the leakage of water. SOLUTION: The lift type storage apparatus comprises a drain shelf 2 disposed inside a lift opening 5 formed in a part of a counter of a kitchen floor cabinet 1 and a lift mechanism 6 for lowering the drain shelf 2 to the storage space 14 under the counter and raising the drain shelf 2 on the counter. A water receiving gutter 30 located just under the lift opening is attached to an inner wall surface of the storage space 14 facing a sink 3 which is provided at the floor cabinet 1, and the lower side of inclination of the water receiving gutter 30 is connected to a water receiver 26 provided in the storage space 14, and the water receiver 26 is connected to a drain pipe 28.
