PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair providing a comfortable ride quality and a stable traveling by absorbing vibrations and shocks caused by recesses/projections and small steps on sidewalks, roads and other passages. SOLUTION: A pair of upper frame 4 and lower frame 6 are mutually symmetrically disposed, the respective upper frame 4 and lower frame 6 are vertically swingably connected by front journal parts 28 and 104, and the pair of symmetric frames 4 and 6 are mutually integrally connected. The respective upper frame 4 and lower frame 6 are relatively vertically movably supported at a seat lower part near the connected central part via a buffer 34. The rear parts both sides of the respective upper frame 4 and lower frame 6 are provided with connectors 40 with springs connecting the pair of respective upper frame 4 and lower frame 6 via coil springs 114.
