PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraoral imaging apparatus which enables observations of the interior of an oral cavity as usual and simplifies an imaging operation of the interior of the oral cavity. SOLUTION: The intraoral imaging apparatus 10 has a half mirror 72 which is disposed in a main body part 40 to be grasped and where a part of light from a subject is transmitted and reflected, a lens optical system for imaging the light transmitted through the half mirror 72, and an image pickup device 65 converting the light imaged by the lens optical system to imaging signals.
