<p>A calculator for adequately determining the relative value of reward points issued by each shop by calculating the exchange rate from the point given by each shop to the common point. A calculator (25) stores therein a function to determine an exchange rate (250) and internally maintain the internal consumption (the amount of money consumed (redeemed) at the issuing shop out of the issued shop points) and the unconsumed exchange amount (the unconsumed amount of money which is the exchange from the shop points among the common points) so as to use the rate calculation. The rate function is defined so that if the internal consumption of a shopis more, the exchange rate from the shop point of the shop to the common point may be higher and that if the unconsumed exchange amount of a shop is more, the exchange rate may be lower.</p> |
