FIELD: food-processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has internal cylinder for feeding of filler material and external cylinder for feeding of enclosure material. Enclosure material liquefying means within annular gap between cylinders has drive arranged outside said external cylinder and actuated by transmission. Sealing portion is positioned between liquefying means and drive mechanism. Space for keeping of enclosure material penetrated into sealing portion is positioned adjacent to said sealing portion. Such construction prevents further penetration of enclosure material into drive mechanism to thereby significantly reduce leakage of dough through sealing members, and also friction between rotating members of apparatus and, correspondingly, heating thereof. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced loss of dough and damage to parts of apparatus. ^ 8 cl, 16 dwg |
