<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of electronic equipment, which is designed for supporting the pivoting posture of a pivot unit using supporting legs, enabling an image forming materials (inks and toner) from a printing mechanism to be prevented from being discharged outside. <P>SOLUTION: While the pivoting posture of an indication unit is supported using the supporting legs, for facsimile apparatus 1 equipped with a printing mechanism 9 of ink-jet manner the space for holding the printing mechanism 9 and a supporting legs holding space A are horizontally isolated by an elbow part 73 of longitudinal partitions 71. Thereby, even if the ink droplets scatter from the printing mechanism 9, the droplets scattered are prevented from entering into the legs-holding space A and coming out from the equipment through an opening 74. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
