<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting mounting device for a terminal in which the fitting for the terminal corresponding to respective terminals of coils can be mounted even on the terminals of a plurality of kinds of coils having different sizes. <P>SOLUTION: Upward each upper side guide members 41, 42, coil springs 46, 47 for energizing toward the facing line S1 are respectively installed. Similarly, downward each lower side guide members 43, 44, coil springs 48, 49 for energizing toward the facing line S1 are respectively installed. Thereby, when the terminal of a coil 11A is inserted toward the fitting 13 for the neutral point held on a fitting retaining member 17, the guide members 42, 44 which are the rear side members move in the mutually separating direction while pinching the facing line S1 by being pressed and moved by the coil 11A. Then, the terminal of the coil 11A is inserted into the fitting 13 for the neutral point.
