PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electric vehicle with a limited residual quantity of a traveling battery to surely arrive at a charging place without waste drive. SOLUTION: This system comprises the electric vehicle and a charging station. The system further comprises a car navigation device, a detection part detecting the residual capacity of the traveling battery of the electric vehicle, a control part controlling automatic drive of the electric vehicle, a control part performing power generation control of a wind power generating set and management of generated electricity in the charging station, a user database, and a control part controlling the electric vehicle and the wind power generation. The control part of the electric vehicle makes a charging reservation when it is determined that the residue of the traveling battery of the electric vehicle is a set value or less, and provides position information of the charging station to a control part of the electric vehicle.
