PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a migration processing system capable of efficiently migrating an information processing system. SOLUTION: The migration processing system performs the function of a host program (PG) in a pre-migration information processing system as the function of a server PG. The pre-migration information processing system includes a pre-migration information processor that executes the host PG, and a pre-migration terminal device that executes a terminal PG. The server PG is created by being described in a PG language corresponding to another PG language in which the host PG is described. The migration processing system includes a server that executes the server PG, and a client that executes a client PG. The server and the client each include data about a data structure corresponding to the data structure of pre-migration communication data exchanged between the host PG and the terminal PG by means of the server PG and the client PG, and communication data that can be communicated by the client PG is exchanged (S105-109).
