PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilating structure capable of improving ventilating efficiency by performing forcible ventilation and expanding an air discharging area with respect to underfloor ventilation using a foundation packing construction method. SOLUTION: This underfloor ventilating structure has a ventilating device 1 mounted on an underfloor ventilating opening 93 between the foundation 90 and a groundsill 91. The ventilating device comprises a blower casing 2 provided with a blower fan 22 on its air suction opening 21, a clearance T is formed between a front air exit 26 of the blower casing and the underfloor ventilating opening 93, a vaultable and deformable side plate 8 is mounted in a state of extending from a side end portion of the air exit toward an outward oblique front side, the clearance is closed by the side plate, and a side discharge air flow of the air exist is guided to the outward oblique front side.
