PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock capable of putting only an outdoor side cylinder or an indoor side cylinder into a temporarily unusable state by simple manual or electrical operation and restoring it by the same operation. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder of the cylinder is fixed to an outer cylinder, or the inner cylinder of the cylinder is fixed to a cylinder assembling base of a lock case to obtain a cylinder block mechanism capable of performing other operation such as the thumb-turn of a lock as usual and to obtain the lock capable of blocking the cylinder and releasing the block by both manual and electrical operations.
